This is a rare opportunity for a limit of 4 people in a group who will get special one on one calls weekly from our coaches and mentors.

This is an 8 week 1 hour group call with no more than 7 members and 2 coaches on a one hour phone session. We encourage and interaction with fellow members, and leaders.

The foundation of our groups are built on accountability and support with each other.
Everyone had a different path working towards a common goal of good health.
We do not have a diet, or food plan. We support the choices you make as long as they are approved by your own physician.
The only thing we ask from you is honesty and a sincere desire to become healthy.
Overeating is commonly an isolating disease, we often hide in shame our behavior when what we really need is to open those doors of shame and really we need not be alone. This is not a moral issue, for most it is a disease we learn to manage through support and accountability.

This is a rare opportunity for a limit of 4 people in a group who will get special one on one calls weekly from our coaches and mentors.

Tuesday Lunch With Kathy Group starts at 1:00 PM Eastern Time

This is an opportunity to talk with group members and leaders weekly on our telecommunication calls.
This group has a tendency to be a bit smaller and more intimate.
We book end our days with a group text in the morning and evening.
The primary leader of this group is Kathleen, but often Sean will be popping in from time to time to participate.
We partner you in creating individual strategies to fine tune and manage solutions to achieve your goals.

The answer is a desire to gain back their health and a vibrant life. We have a deep desire to share hope to everyone who’s lives feel limited by their weight and food choices.
We do not have a magic diet, what we offer is Hope, Support and Accountability. Many folks who struggle with obesity, food addictions, and food disorders struggle alone. Isolation and secrets are two of the biggest factors in remaining overweight. You do not have to do it alone. We will help you find the strategies that work for you and promise you need not do this alone.

Sean Anderson – Has lost and maintained a 300 plus pound loss. Is a dynamic radio personality, motivational speaker, experienced group facilitator, specializing in motivation and life transformation. He is a weight loss blogger, having lost over half his body weight and is now maintaining. Guest appearance on the Today Show. Author of ‘Transformation Road’.

Coach Kathleen Miles – is a certified life coach, weight loss blogger, has lost 171 pounds. Kathleen has ‘wowed’ audiences around the country with Richard Simmons, ET Extra, Hard Copy and the Maury Povich Show. She has been featured in USA Today, and the QVC channel.

Jordan Burgess– Has lost over 260 pounds! Is a married husband of 2, a busy Dad and a CPA and Tax Analyst.
